Unit – Gen AI Engineer

Unit is hiring a Gen AI Engineer in Tel Aviv to lead the development of LLM-based tools that enhance productivity and user experience. You will work across the engineering and product orgs to prototype, evaluate, and deploy AI features in a secure fintech environment.

Responsibilities:
– Build AI-driven internal and customer-facing tools using LLMs
– Conduct fast-paced prototyping and implement prompt-based workflows
– Integrate OpenAI and related APIs into Unit’s systems
– Contribute to roadmap planning and cross-team collaboration

Qualifications:
– Strong Python backend engineering background
– Proven experience building LLM tools or prompt-based workflows
– High level of ownership, autonomy, and product sensibility
– Previous work in fast-paced B2B SaaS or fintech companies
