SysAid - AI Product Specialist

SysAid, a bold SaaS company transforming IT Service Management (ITSM) with generative and conversational AI, is looking for an AI Product Specialist in Tel Aviv-Jaffa. As an individual contributor, you will leverage their latest innovation, the AI Agent Builder, to design and build production-ready AI agents, shape the prompt strategy, and ensure customer-facing teams can confidently demo and customize the Builder.

Your responsibilities will involve approximately 60% hands-on agent building and prompt engineering, 30% on outbound enablement and Go-to-Market (GTM) support, and 10% on special initiatives like internal hackathons. You will own the end-to-end design and development of AI agents on the Builder platform, crafting, testing, and iterating prompts to establish reusable templates and guardrails. Close collaboration with customer-facing teams is essential to refine prompts and continuously improve product experience. You will also identify new agent opportunities through market research, enable customer-facing teams with demo environments and playbooks, track adoption KPIs, and serve as the primary subject-matter expert for advanced AI Builder questions.

Requirements include strong prompt engineering skills, a background in IT, and a proven track record of creating enablement content or leading product demos for technical SaaS solutions. Excellent project management skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities are crucial. Bonus points for 1+ years of hands-on experience building agents based on LLMs, the ability to design multi-step agent workflows, comfort with reading/modifying code, proficiency with REST APIs, Postman, GitHub, JavaScript, and SQL.
