Replika – Staff AI Engineer (Remote)

Replika is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to develop and deploy cutting-edge models for human-AI conversation. This is a remote role focused on building scalable AI infrastructure and pushing the frontier of emotional intelligence in generative AI.

Responsibilities:
– Design and improve model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines
– Implement NLP techniques and manage fine-tuning for LLMs
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scalable product integration
– Mentor junior engineers and guide technical strategy for AI projects

Requirements:
– 6+ years of experience in ML, NLP, or AI systems
– Strong knowledge of LLMs, transformers, and deep learning methods
– Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow expertise
