Qodo.ai - Field Engineer

Qodo.ai is seeking a driven and technically adept Field Engineer to join our team in Tel Aviv. This pivotal role involves working directly with customers to deploy, integrate, and troubleshoot our cutting-edge AI-powered solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and maximizing value.

You will act as a primary technical point of contact, guiding customers through the implementation process, providing expert-level support, and resolving complex technical challenges in real-time. Responsibilities include conducting technical deep-dives, configuring software, performing system integrations, and delivering comprehensive training to customer teams. You will also gather valuable product feedback from the field to inform our product development roadmap. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to build strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a Field Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant role, with a proven track record in deploying and supporting SaaS or enterprise software solutions. Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Linux environments, networking, and scripting (Python, Bash) is essential. Experience with AI/ML technologies and API integrations is highly desirable.
