The Role

We’re on the lookout for a talented Data Scientist who can drive advanced machine learning research and contribute to our ongoing AI innovation efforts. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in integrating AI capabilities into our core products and internal operations — helping shape the future of trading technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Architect complete AI pipelines — from synthetic data generation and preparation, to model design, deployment, and integration.
• Develop and manage testing frameworks to evaluate the performance and behavior of large language models (LLMs).
• Work with vast datasets, both structured and unstructured, to build predictive models focused on classification, regression, and time series analysis.
• Build and scale AI-powered solutions such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, GraphRAG, and intelligent agents.
• Enhance user interactions with AI through prompt engineering and smart information retrieval methods.
• Convert emerging AI research into practical tools that serve both our users and internal stakeholders.
• Apply MLOps/LLMOps practices to streamline training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of models.
• Collaborate across teams, contributing AI insight to products and platform development.

Key Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with machine learning as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with core ML techniques including time series forecasting, classification, clustering, and regression.
• Practical experience and strong understanding of:
  • Adapting large pre-trained models for domain-specific tasks (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral).
  • LLMs, prompt design strategies, and chain-of-thought reasoning.
  • Designing and integrating APIs, agents, and orchestrating multi-agent systems.
  • Implementing RAG and GraphRAG systems using vector databases.
  • Developing moderation models and responsible AI solutions.
• Familiarity with building scalable MLOps/LLMOps pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Python or similar languages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
