**About the Role**
Lead the strategic vision and execution of AI capabilities across Monday.com’s work OS platform, impacting 245,000+ global customers. As the AI Product Manager, you’ll define and drive the company-wide AI roadmap while collaborating with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams to deliver transformative AI features.

### **Key Responsibilities**

**AI Product Strategy & Vision**
– Define and evangelize Monday.com’s AI product vision
– Identify high-impact AI opportunities across the platform
– Balance innovation with scalable, user-centric solutions

**Cross-Functional Leadership**
– Partner with Engineering and Data Science to ship AI capabilities
– Align stakeholders (Marketing, Design, Customer Success) on AI initiatives
– Drive adoption of AI features across customer segments

**Execution & Delivery**
– Own the AI product roadmap and prioritize features
– Use data (quantitative + qualitative) to guide decisions
– Ensure seamless integration of AI into user workflows

**Team Leadership**
– Inspire and mentor a high-performing AI product team
– Foster a culture of innovation and rapid iteration

### **Qualifications**

**Required**
– **5+ years** in **Product Management**, with experience in **AI/ML products**
– Deep understanding of **generative AI technologies** (LLMs, RAG, etc.)
– Strong **analytical skills** (data-driven decision-making)
– **Entrepreneurial mindset** – self-driven, decisive, and adaptable
– Excellent **communication and leadership** skills

**Preferred**
– **Technical background** (CS, Engineering, or related degree)
– **Startup/consulting experience**
– Familiarity with **SaaS product growth**
