We’re hiring for multiple positions—expertise in one or more of these areas is key:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Migration, modernization, and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Data & Analytics: AI-driven insights, governance, and large-scale data platforms.
• AI Applications: Generative AI, agentic frameworks, and responsible AI deployment.
• Software & Developer Tools: DevOps, cloud-native development, and AI-assisted coding.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical sales: Influence decisions through demos, proofs of concept (PoCs), and production-scale deployments.
• Drive hands-on engagements: Hackathons, “code-with” sessions, and architecture workshops to accelerate adoption of Microsoft’s platforms (Azure, GitHub, Fabric, etc.).
• Build trusted partnerships: Collaborate with developers, AI leaders, and CTOs to co-design secure, scalable solutions.
• Resolve technical challenges: Unblock customer obstacles and share insights with engineering teams to improve products.

Specializations & Qualifications

All Roles – Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s/master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Role-Specific Expertise

1. Data Solution Engineer

• Expertise: Azure Databases (SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL), Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Purview.
• Bonus: Migrations from platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or on-prem EDW (Teradata, Hadoop).

2. AI Applications Solution Engineer

• Skills: AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), generative AI, cloud-native apps (APIs, microservices).
• Impact: Lead PoCs and hackathons to deploy AI solutions at scale.

3. Infrastructure Solution Engineer

• Focus: Cloud migrations (Windows/Linux, SAP/Oracle), hybrid networking, AKS, and security/compliance.

4. Software Solution Engineer

• Tools: GitHub, VS Code, CI/CD, DevOps.
• Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#, Java.
