Lusha - Data Analytics Engineer
Lusha is seeking a driven Data Analytics Engineer to join our growing data team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between raw data and actionable insights, designing and building robust data models and analytical tools to empower our business users.
**Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and ETL processes within our data warehouse.
* Build and optimize analytical datasets for reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis.
* Partner with data analysts and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* Implement data quality checks and ensure the reliability and consistency of our analytical data.
* Administer and optimize our BI tools (e.g., Looker) and ensure data accessibility for end-users.
* Provide technical expertise and support to the analytics team on complex data queries and methodologies.
* Contribute to the development and enforcement of data governance standards.
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analytics Engineer, BI Developer, or similar role.
* Expert proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and querying.
* Experience with data modeling techniques (e.g., dimensional modeling, dbt).
* Hands-on experience with a modern data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
* Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python is a plus).
* Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
* Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline best practices.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
