Lusha - Data Analyst
Lusha is looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join our central Data Group. In this role, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive product and business decisions. You will work closely with various teams to identify key metrics, build dashboards, and conduct in-depth analyses.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct extensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Looker) to visualize key performance indicators.
* Define and monitor key business metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
* Support A/B testing initiatives by providing data analysis, interpretation, and recommendations.
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
* Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
* Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
* Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
* Solid understanding of statistical concepts and their application in business analysis.
* Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
* Ability to work with large datasets and translate raw data into meaningful insights.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
* Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
