Your Mission

• Research & Innovate: Advance AI/ML in video tech—explore generative models, NLP, computer vision, and more.⁵
• Build & Deploy: Design algorithms to solve complex challenges (e.g., content recommendation, real-time processing).
• Collaborate: Work with product teams to embed AI into Kaltura’s platform.
• Publish & Mentor: Share findings at top conferences; guide peers on AI projects.
• Optimize: Refine models for performance at scale in production.⁶

What You Bring

• Ph.D./M.Sc. in CS, AI, ML, or related field.⁷
• Strong ML foundation: Deep learning, statistical modeling, and frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).⁸
• Research chops: Published work in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, etc.).
• Coding skills: Python/R, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.⁹
• Problem-solving: Ability to tackle open-ended challenges independently and in teams.
• Bonus: Video tech experience, NLP/CV expertise, or big data tools (Hadoop/Spark).¹⁰
