Hailo - Lead DFT Engineer (AI Chip Verification)

Hailo, a leading innovator in AI processors for edge computing, is seeking a dynamic DFT Team Leader to spearhead our Design-for-Test efforts. Located in Tel Aviv, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality production test patterns, ensuring their stability, and performing comprehensive silicon failure analysis. This critical position involves close collaboration with the design team to implement and optimize Hailo’s unique DFT approach, and active participation in pre-silicon DFT verification. We are looking for a visionary leader with 5+ years in VLSI DFT/design/backend and 2+ years of R&D team leadership experience. Expertise in ATPG tools, hierarchical scan, mBIST, production testing debug, and yield analysis is essential. Familiarity with DFT insertion in synthesis, static timing checks, System-Verilog, and scripting languages (Python, Perl, Tcl, sh) is highly valued.
