About the Role

Join Fiverr’s AI-driven organic growth team to lead the strategy and execution of high-impact opportunities across search engines, LLMs, and community platforms. You’ll combine technical SEO expertise with AI automation to develop scalable growth systems in the evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution

• Identify untapped organic growth channels (Google, LLMs, forums, podcasts).
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows for automated discovery and outreach.¹
• Conduct experiments blending SEO, content, and community engagement.

Technical Implementation

• Develop AI agents for scalable content and monitoring tasks.
• Optimize for visibility across traditional and AI-powered search.
• Build custom tools for data gathering and opportunity analysis.

Data & Analysis

• Synthesize unstructured data into actionable growth insights.
• Monitor performance across channels using analytics tools.
• Adapt strategies based on evolving search and LLM behaviors.

Qualifications

Required

• 6+ years digital marketing experience with a strong SEO focus.
• Proven track record in organic growth across multiple channels.
• Technical proficiency with:
  • LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) and prompt engineering.
  • Marketing automation (Make/Zapier).
  • Analytics platforms (GA4, GSC).
• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Preferred

• Basic Python skills.
• Experience with custom scraping tools.
• Social listening expertise.
