Product Manager – LLM Infrastructure (AI/NLP)

About the Role

Lead the development of Fiverr’s core LLM infrastructure that transforms unstructured data into actionable intelligence for our global marketplace. As the Product Manager for AI Foundations, you’ll architect the systems that power smarter search, personalized recommendations, and trust/safety capabilities across our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the product roadmap for LLM infrastructure.
• Align technical development with business objectives and AI strategy.
• Drive adoption of LLM capabilities across product teams.

Technical Execution

• Design scalable systems for:
  • Conversational data processing.
  • Structured knowledge extraction.
  • Model orchestration and deployment.
• Develop unified APIs and integration frameworks.
• Ensure system reliability, explainability, and performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with ML engineers and data scientists on system architecture.
• Work with product teams to identify high-impact AI applications.
• Communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

• 4+ years PM experience (AI/ML or infrastructure products).
• Strong technical background in:
  • LLM/NLP systems.
  • Data pipelines.
  • Model deployment.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical products.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred

• Background in ML infrastructure or applied research.
• Experience with marketplace or e-commerce platforms.
