**Senior AI/ML Engineer – Enterprise Agent Platform**

**About the Role**
Lead the development of our company-wide AI agent that transforms how employees interact with internal systems (Jira, Slack, Salesforce, etc.) through natural language. You’ll architect and implement the core agent stack – from RAG pipelines to multi-tool orchestration – with security and scalability at the forefront.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Core Agent Development**
– Build LLM-driven agents with:
– Multi-step reasoning
– Contextual memory
– Secure API tool integration
– Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) for declarative LLM-to-tool connections
– Design Agent-to-Agent (A2A) coordination systems

**Enterprise Integration**
– Develop RAG pipelines for:
– Dynamic document chunking
– Semantic retrieval (Jira/Confluence/Salesforce)
– Real-time context assembly
– Implement secure API integrations (OAuth2, SSO)

**System Optimization**
– Ensure enterprise-grade:
– Permissioning & data redaction
– Compliance controls
– Performance at scale

**Qualifications**

**Required**
– 3-6 years in AI/ML engineering
– Expertise in:
– Python & LLM frameworks (LangChain/LlamaIndex)
– Agentic systems (memory/tool use)
– Enterprise API integrations
– Strong security mindset

**Preferred**
– MCP/A2A protocol experience
– Enterprise AI assistant deployment
– Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
