**Job Overview:**
CyberArk is seeking AI Value Architects to spearhead the strategic design and implementation of extensive end-to-end AI transformations, or ‘use cases.’ These initiatives will be integrated with the re-engineering of crucial organizational processes as part of a company-wide transformation program focused on revolutionizing work methods using AI, automation, and data. You will leverage your distinct combination of strategic design thinking, operational insight, business acumen, and expertise in deploying and operationalizing AI, automation, and data to achieve scaled utilization of these technologies, meeting strategic, financial, and operational goals. This role involves leading and collaborating with colleagues at all levels across CyberArk, including senior leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs). Direct collaboration with the Director of Strategic Initiatives, AI Transformation, and other key stakeholders such as IT, business process owners, and operations is central, offering exposure to the Executive Leadership Team and the broader transformation efforts across CyberArk.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and advance large-scale AI transformation opportunities, integrated with end-to-end process redesigns.
* Direct end-to-end large-scale use cases through an agile methodology (discovery, design, build, pilot, scale), partnering with technology leads throughout.
* Conduct thorough process mapping and redesign to develop more efficient and effective workflows, including value identification.
* Formulate AI and automation solutions in conjunction with technical experts, integrating them into redesigned workflows.
* Engage with technology leaders to assess build, customize, or buy options for solutions.
* Integrate external best practices and methodologies into the organization’s capability development, adapting them to best suit CyberArk’s needs.
* Secure leadership endorsement and resources for capability development and user adoption, in collaboration with functional SMEs.
* Oversee the build phase and lead pilot programs, including defining and tracking success metrics.
* Facilitate enablement and change management initiatives for scaled solution adoption.
* Confirm long-term impact at scale by clearly assigning ownership for solution continuity and maintenance.
* Set up an operational cadence to govern capability development, success metrics, and tracking.
* Emphasize implementation and change management to ensure strategies are effectively translated into execution.
* Pinpoint interdependencies and potential risks, then devise corresponding mitigation plans.
* Prepare executive presentations to convey insights, implications, progress updates, and escalate critical issues.

**Desired Skills & Experience:**
* Bachelor’s degree combined with at least seven years of professional experience.
* Demonstrated experience leading AI, automation, or data transformation initiatives within a high-growth B2B software organization, resulting in measurable business performance and enhanced customer experience.
* Proficiency in business process mapping and redesign, emphasizing the practical integration of AI, automation, and data.
* Awareness of the potential of AI, automation, and data, coupled with a practical understanding of their limitations and risks.
* Thrives in ambiguous environments and excels at solving intricate problems through both analytical and creative thinking.
* Adept at strategic program and project management.
* Strong organizational abilities and capacity to maintain momentum in initiatives.
* Familiarity with change management frameworks and internal communication strategies.
* A track record of collaborating with and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and vice-versa.
