**Job Overview:**
CyberArk is actively seeking an experienced and highly driven Development Group Manager to head the AI development group within the Data, AI & Research department. This position offers a significant opportunity to spearhead innovation and advance cutting-edge AI technologies within a global leader in the security domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a top-tier team of AI engineers and architects, guiding the creation of Generative AI solutions that enhance CyberArk’s product and service offerings.
**Desired Skills & Experience:**
* Fifteen or more years of experience in software or AI development.
* A minimum of five years in managerial positions (Group Manager or higher), ideally with expertise in Generative AI / LLMs.
* Practical experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other major cloud platforms.
* Excellent analytical capabilities, with an emphasis on quantifiable model assessment and continuous improvement.
* Superior communication and leadership acumen, with the capacity to foster a data-driven and innovative culture while collaborating across multiple R&D teams.
* A proactive and problem-solving disposition, coupled with the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

* Background in cybersecurity and AI-powered security solutions.
* Deep comprehension of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs) including fine-tuning, AI model optimization techniques, and Agentic architectures.

* Practical experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines tailored for AI development.
* A history of published works or significant contributions within the AI research community.
