Aqua Security - AI Engineer

Aqua Security is looking for a proactive and technically skilled AI Engineer to join its MIS team in Ramat-Gan, Israel. In this role, you will lead the development of AI-driven solutions aimed at improving internal business processes across multiple departments, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate needs into impactful AI automations and analytics. As the AI expert, you will take ownership of AI initiatives from conception to implementation.

Key responsibilities include driving AI strategy and initiatives, proactively identifying AI opportunities, and championing AI adoption within the company, ensuring solutions align with business needs. Examples of projects include developing chatbots for support teams, automating ticket replies, automating vulnerability information updates for product teams, assisting developers with vulnerability matching, analyzing data from internal systems (Salesforce, Planhat, Freshdesk, Jira) for feature prioritization, and automating Salesforce data entry for sales, alongside providing AI-driven topic suggestions for calls.

Requirements include at least 3 years of industry experience, strong Python skills (including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn), experience with NLP and chatbot development, and proficiency with LLMs and fine-tuning AI models. Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, SQL/NoSQL databases, data processing, feature engineering, ML model deployment, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex projects are also key.
