**About the Role**
Lead the design of intuitive, human-centric conversational AI experiences for NavanGo – our AI travel assistant that becomes indispensable to business travelers. You’ll craft every dialogue to anticipate user needs from trip planning to post-travel follow-ups, ensuring seamless interactions that set new standards in travel tech.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Conversation Design Excellence**
– Architect end-to-end dialogue flows for:
– Pre-travel planning
– In-trip assistance
– Post-travel automation
– Define and maintain the AI’s unique personality and tone
– Implement microcopy patterns for error handling and edge cases

**Cross-Functional Leadership**
– Partner with:
– Engineers on NLU implementation
– UX designers on multimodal integration
– Data teams on intent mapping
– Conduct iterative testing (A/B, Wizard of Oz)

**Industry Innovation**
– Pioneer new conversational paradigms for travel
– Develop reusable design frameworks
– Advocate for accessible, inclusive interactions

**Qualifications**

**Required**
– 5+ years in:
– Conversational UX design
– Chatbot/voice interface design
– Portfolio showcasing:
– Complex dialogue trees
– Personality development
– Error recovery flows
– Expertise in tools like:
– Voiceflow/Botmock
– Intent mapping platforms

**Preferred**
– Travel industry experience
