### **About the Role**
Lead a high-performing AI/ML team to develop and deploy cutting-edge machine learning solutions that drive innovation and enhance product capabilities. You will oversee the entire AI project lifecycle—from research to production—while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven features.

### **Key Responsibilities**
✔ **Team Leadership & Mentorship**
– Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI/ML engineers
– Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
– Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices

✔ **AI/ML Development & Deployment**
– Design, build, and optimize AI/ML models for production
– Maintain and enhance existing AI engines (e.g., DPI, QoE)
– Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and scaling

✔ **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
– Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to prioritize AI initiatives
– Translate business needs into technical AI solutions
– Communicate complex AI concepts to stakeholders

✔ **Technical Strategy & Innovation**
– Stay ahead of AI/ML advancements and integrate new techniques
– Drive R&D efforts to improve model performance and efficiency
– Ensure robust model evaluation, testing, and monitoring

### **Qualifications**

#### **Required**
– **Advanced degree** (M.Sc./Ph.D.) in **Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field**
– **5+ years** in **AI/ML roles**, with **1+ year in leadership**
– Strong expertise in:
– **Machine Learning & Deep Learning**
– **Python & ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)**
– **Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)**
– Proven experience **shipping AI models to production**
– Strong **software engineering principles** (CI/CD, testing, scalability)
– Excellent **communication & leadership** skills

#### **Preferred**
– Experience with **MLOps tools** (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.)
– Familiarity with **Agile methodologies**
– Background in **networking/AI for DPI/QoE** (a plus)
