Red Hat - Software Engineer - AI Engineering

**About the Role**
Join Red Hat’s Ecosystems Engineering team to build AI/ML solutions on OpenShift AI (RHOAI). You’ll develop scalable workflows, integrate partner technologies, and create demos showcasing Predictive and Generative AI capabilities across Red Hat’s hybrid cloud platform.

**Key Responsibilities**

**AI/ML Development & Integration**
– Implement end-to-end AI/ML workflows (preprocessing → training → serving)
– Deploy and optimize models on RHOAI for performance and scalability
– Build multi-product demos combining Red Hat’s stack with AI/ML technologies

**Partner & Community Collaboration**
– Evaluate and integrate partner AI solutions with RHOAI
– Contribute to upstream AI/ML open-source communities
– Develop reference architectures for common use cases

**Cross-Functional Leadership**
– Work with product teams to align AI strategies
– Address customer requirements through tailored solutions
– Document best practices for enterprise AI adoption

**Qualifications**

**Required**
– 2+ years Python/Go development experience
– Foundational AI/ML knowledge (algorithms, workflows)
– Ability to quickly learn new technologies
– Strong communication skills

**Preferred**
– Experience with:
– Data preprocessing/feature engineering
– Model evaluation techniques
– Container/Kubernetes platforms
– Open source contributions
