**About the Role**
Join the Office of the CEO at Optimove as an AI Innovation Engineer, where you’ll bridge cutting-edge AI research with real-world business impact. This high-visibility role combines rapid prototyping, product strategy, and technical leadership to drive AI adoption across our marketing tech platform and internal operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
**AI Prototyping & Innovation**
– Design and build fast-moving PoCs using emerging AI/ML technologies
– Evaluate novel frameworks (LLMs, vector DBs, RAG) for strategic advantage
– Develop custom AI solutions beyond standard API integrations
**Product & Process Transformation**
– Embed AI capabilities into Optimove’s marketing platform
– Build internal tools that automate and enhance productivity
– Transition successful prototypes to production with Engineering
**Strategic Leadership**
– Advise CEO on AI adoption roadmap
– Partner with Product to define AI-driven features
– Research and implement MLOps best practices
**Qualifications**
**Required**
– 3+ years in software engineering with AI focus
– Track record of rapid prototyping across tech stacks
– Expertise in:
– Python & ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
– LLMs and generative AI
– Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
– Product mindset with business acumen
– Fluent English communication
**Preferred**
– Experience with:
– Vector databases & RAG pipelines
– Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
– MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
– Open-source/research contributions
