Head of AI

B2Tech is searching for an accomplished and visionary Head of AI to architect and execute our enterprise-wide AI strategy. Reporting directly to the CIO and CTO, you’ll be at the forefront of driving transformative AI initiatives across the organization, including the development of our flagship generative AI product. Your Impact & Responsibilities

Strategic AI Leadership

• Define and implement B2Tech’s comprehensive 3-year AI roadmap.
• Establish robust AI governance frameworks and sophisticated ROI measurement systems.
• Present key AI initiative results and strategic recommendations directly to C-level executives.

Technical AI Execution

• Lead the end-to-end development of cutting-edge generative AI solutions, ensuring measurable business impact.
• Identify and automate high-value manual processes across various departments, driving efficiency and innovation.
• Evaluate and integrate the latest AI tools and platforms to keep B2Tech at the technological forefront.
• Implement MLOps best practices to ensure scalable, reliable, and efficient AI deployment.

Organizational AI Enablement

• Design and deliver impactful AI training programs for cross-functional teams, fostering a data-driven culture.
• Prioritize and champion AI adoption through strategic use case identification and implementation.
• Recruit, mentor, and build a world-class AI talent pool within B2Tech.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a closely related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience leading enterprise AI initiatives from initial concept through to successful production deployment.
• Proven expertise in:
  • Implementing and deploying generative AI solutions.
  • Automating complex business processes.
  • Working with major cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a track record of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant AI/ML certifications (e.g., DeepLearning.AI, Google Cloud).
• Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive AI strategies.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with ROI analysis for technology investments.
