As a key contributor, you’ll develop our AI-powered healthcare assistant, blending full-stack expertise with applied AI to create solutions that deliver actionable insights in under 30 seconds.

Key Responsibilities

AI System Development

• Implement RAG architectures and LLM integrations for benefits navigation.
• Design conversational workflows for complex healthcare scenarios.
• Build evaluation frameworks for AI feature performance.
• Optimize cost-performance tradeoffs in AI system design.

Technical Implementation

• Develop high-performance APIs (Go/Python) integrating with healthcare data systems.
• Create responsive React/TypeScript interfaces for AI interactions.
• Productionize ML models with MLOps best practices.
• Implement A/B testing infrastructure for AI features.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years full-stack development experience.
• 1-2 years hands-on AI integration (LLMs, RAG, or conversational systems).
• Expertise in:
  • Modern frontend frameworks (React/TypeScript).
  • Backend development (Python/Go).
  • Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Vector databases and similarity search.
• Experience with:
  • Prompt engineering techniques.
  • Production ML model deployment.
  • Healthcare data systems (preferred).
