Responsibilities

• Drive core data initiatives within Finaloop’s platform, delivering features that power real-time insights and intelligent bookkeeping.
• Partner with domain specialists and engineers to enhance data products and improve performance.
• Lead the full lifecycle of data features—from design and implementation to monitoring and iteration.
• Define and track KPIs that guide product performance and support a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying Machine Learning models.
• Strong proficiency in Python with a focus on data-oriented applications.
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML models.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a team-first approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Spark, DBT, Streamlit, Airflow, or agent-based platforms.
• Bonus: Track record of delivering data solutions that directly impact customers.
