Lusha - Data Engineer (Insight Team)
Lusha is looking for a talented Data Engineer to join our Insight Team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust data pipelines that power our analytics and business intelligence initiatives. This role involves working with large datasets, ensuring data quality, and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from various sources into our data warehouse.
* Build and maintain data models that support reporting, analytics, and data science needs.
* Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all data assets.
* Collaborate closely with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand their data requirements.
* Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure reliable data availability.
* Implement best practices for data governance, security, and performance.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our data engineering practices.
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
* Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
* Solid programming skills in Python.
* Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or GCP.
* Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt).
* Understanding of data modeling principles (dimensional modeling).
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
