Hailo - Senior Software Engineer (AI Compiler)

At Hailo, a leading high-tech company developing top-performing AI processors for edge devices, we are expanding our AI Compiler team in Tel Aviv and seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer. This role is essential for designing and implementing critical parts of our advanced dataflow compiler, the core toolchain that optimizes real-world AI models, including cutting-edge Generative AI workloads, to run seamlessly on our proprietary hardware.

You will dive deep into machine learning model structures and concepts, while simultaneously building a strong understanding of hardware architecture—covering aspects like memory, compute, bandwidth, and parallelism. This position involves working on complex graph algorithms, optimization techniques, resource allocation, and hardware-specific features, offering a unique opportunity to tackle real-world challenges and make a direct impact on the performance and capabilities of Hailo’s products.

We are looking for a strong C++ developer with 5+ years of R&D experience in C/C++ and Python. Experience with Deep Learning and relevant development frameworks is a significant advantage.
