Your Role: Driving Internal Transformation with AI

We’re looking for a proactive and highly skilled AI Developer to join our MIS team. Think of yourself as our internal AI visionary – you’ll identify crucial business challenges across different departments and then architect powerful AI-driven solutions to solve them. You’ll be the go-to AI expert, owning projects from initial concept to full implementation, collaborating closely with teams across the entire company. Your work will directly enhance our operational efficiency and analytical capabilities.

• Revolutionize Customer Support:
  • Create intelligent chatbots that seamlessly integrate with our internal systems and databases.
  • Automate responses for support tickets, initially for internal teams, with plans to expand to external customer interactions.
• Boost Product Development Efficiency:
  • Automate updates for vulnerability information within our products.
  • Help developers quickly and accurately match vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze vast amounts of data from systems like Salesforce, Planhat, Freshdesk, and Jira to guide our product teams in prioritizing key features.
• Empower Our Sales Teams:
  • Automate data entry into Salesforce directly from sales representative conversations.
  • Provide our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with AI-driven topic suggestions to optimize their customer calls.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

We’re seeking a blend of experience and technical prowess:

• Experience: At least 3 years of industry experience in a relevant field.
• Programming Mastery: Exceptional Python programming skills, including hands-on experience with leading machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• NLP & LLM Expertise: Proven experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and chatbot development. This includes leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve customer investigation experiences and designing complex multi-step LLM workflows for business process automation.
• Integration Savvy: Proficient in working with APIs and integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Freshdesk).
• Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• ML Model Lifecycle: Practical experience across the entire machine learning lifecycle: data processing, feature engineering, LLMs, fine-tuning AI models, and ML model deployment.
• Cloud Skills: Ability to work effectively with major cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Problem-Solver Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive complex projects to completion.
• Scalability Focus: Experience in the critical area of evaluating AI models at scale.
