### The Role
We’re looking for an AI Automation & Systems Specialist to join our MIS team. You’ll design and implement AI-driven automations to streamline operations across tools like Slack, O365, Monday.com, and Salesforce. Your work will eliminate manual processes and improve efficiency across the company.
### Responsibilities
– Identify automation opportunities and implement AI-based solutions
– Build and maintain automation workflows across Slack, Jira, Confluence, and other platforms
– Develop internal tools and APIs to enhance system interactions
– Create AI-driven assistants, bots, and dashboards to support teams
– Collaborate with R&D, Product, HR, and IT to translate business needs into technical solutions
– Leverage LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Google) to boost productivity
– Ensure automations are reliable, secure, and well-documented
– Monitor and optimize automation performance
– Provide Tier-2 support for business applications
### Requirements
– Strong technical background with scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, Shell)
– Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Workato, or n8n
– Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT API, Google Vertex AI)
– Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Experience working with global teams
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
